Sergey Konart is a qualified
Information Technology (IT) engineer with professional qualifications and apt
experience on areas of application of IT to the real world. I have developed a
sound work ethic that comprises of integrity, uprightness, diligence and
punctuality. I don’t overrate my abilities, yet I put in my very best in all
that I do, to bring out excellence.
Actually, for me excellence is the
maximum output anyone can have, giving the specific resources at my disposal
and such condition or circumstance. The latter is not always favourable, and
that implies I have still managed to thrive under tough situations and
pressures.
I also like to consider myself a
Project Manager, the knowledge and experience of which helps to deliver my
engineering services to clients adequately. My experience has even thought me
that the real value of expertise is to be able to give an excellent result in
spite of all odds and do it under minimal supervision. So, this has helped me
to grow my values and hold them in high esteem.
However, there so little a single
person can do, I have therefore also learnt teamwork, how to form a synergy
with colleagues and partners who also have roles to play in any particular
project. I have discovered to consider their opinions which might be better
than mine and turn out to bring kudos to the whole team. In teamwork, a single
person does not have to be exhausted trying to do it alone; a little quality
effort from many will turn out a great result at the end of the day.
In
terms of personal hobbies, Sergey Konart love to take pictures of nature and
life such as flowers, forest, small insects, exotic butterflies and natural
landscapes as well as buildings. This adventure is a significant factor that
motivates me, and I hope to keep that motivation for so long. Other regular
hobbies include walking, yoga, and going out fishing. In terms of Music, my
preferred genre is a deep vocal house Jazz. I also like to read interesting
books, not only professional but in other areas such as History, and
Psychology.
